I am excited to offer a new level of support to my astrology clients!

If you ever had an astrology reading and wondered what to do with that new awareness and how to use it to change your life, I've got you. I noticed a 2-hour astrology session alone just does not cut it for real growth. Awareness is a great first step but I want lasting transformation for my clients. That's how the idea of Astro Coaching came about. This coaching is based on your astrology, which means we can go deep straight from the beginning, with your chart as our map.

You want more out of life but you've tried so many avenues for growth and transformation by now, that you're about to resign to the status quo. Nothing you have tried had a lasting effect and you feel defeated like you're running out of options. Talk therapy, law of attraction, binaural beats…you’ve tried it all, After a peak experience at [insert fancy workshop/retreat here] you’re back to where you were. When I was frustrated about my own personal growth, I learned these 2 things:

1) our birth chart is a direct cosmic map for our evolution and development

2) only the combination of working on beliefs, emotions AND skills has a lasting impact

This is how what I call the B.E.S.T Method was born.

MY APPROACH

Based on your birth chart, we will:

1 Explore your Belief system and replace beliefs that don’t serve you

2 Find and remove stuck Emotions from your body

3 Identify missing Skills and close that skill gap

4 Make sure the Transformation lasts by embodying the new fuller potential

I am a certified astrologer (Blue Rose Astrology School, Ireland). The Coaching approach I use is based on Claire Zammit’s Women Centered Coaching, and also contains elements of Brian Ridgway’s Spellbreaking, Frank Anderson’s parts work (IFS - Internal Family System) as well as somatic elements. I am trauma-informed and will refer you to a specialist if necessary.

HOW I SEE MY CLIENTS

I trust that my clients are already powerful decision-makers, who don’t need to be convinced or pushed. That is why we will NOT hop on a Sales call or Discovery call. I have no desire to tell you what to do or why you „should“ invest in this coaching. Simply fill out my application form and I will see if working together makes sense at this stage.
