MARS SQUARE URANUS 9th March 2024

𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘉𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘉𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘴⁣

Mars and Uranus will meet for an intense conversation on the 9th of March.⁣ When we hear Mars and Uranus, we might already anticipate that this transit will be anything else than boring.⁣

While the classical interpretation of Mars/Uranus is about accidents and sudden forceful events, I want to offer a different view here. I don't deny there is something to this since I had my own shocking awakenings with personal Mars/Uranus transits. But I want to show more facets of how this could play out collectively.⁣

Uranus breaks up and shakes up. It is the planet that is associated with light bulb moments and awakening to a different reality. Since Uranus wants us to step into more authenticity, if Mars tags along, we know that this point will be really driven home. ⁣

Mars brings energy into the conversation: it helps us to set our boundaries better and to act on what we want. Maybe louder and clearer than ever before. ⁣

Taurus (fixed earth) is about our body and material security. And Aquarius (fixed air) describes our mind and community. I could see this as a coming together of communities to take care of their material security. Or a rallying of forces regarding our freedom of speech and being able to decide about our own bodies. Possibly as a result of a challenge or new uncomfortable information coming out.⁣

Both planets are in fixed signs, which could indicate holding strongly onto these principles of freedom and autonomy. Somehow the battle scene of Braveheart comes to mind where the warriors are told to Hold. We might go within and listen to our body and mind which could jolt us out of complacency in a certain area. It could be a forceful intervention that shakes us awake or a revolutionary insight that will inform our actions. Or all of it.⁣

For sure, this will be a planetary conversation we cannot ignore. Because it is a square aspect, there will be a challenge, a stumbling block that creates an inner drive to change something.
